Plaintiff Sunstone Behavioral Health Inc. (“Sunstone”) brought this action on November 22, 2006, against defendant Alameda County Medical Center (“ACMC”) alleging breach of contract and breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing with respect to an “Outpatient Psychiatric Consulting Contract.” The matter came on regularly for trial before the court, sitting without a jury, on June 16,18,19, and 23, 2009.
