OPINION
MAZZANT, Justice.
Dwayne Lewis Goodrich appeals his convictions for criminally negligent homicide. After the jury found appellant guilty, it assessed his punishment at seven-and-one-half years’ imprisonment and a $10,000 fine in each case.
