FRIEDMAN, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on the petition of Louis J. D’Amico, Regional Director of Region Five of the National Labor Relations Board, for a temporary injunction pursuant to Section 10(j) of the National Labor Relation Act (the “NLRA”), 29 U.S.C. § 160(j), against Respondent, United States Service Industries, Inc. (“USSI”) pending resolution of an unfair labor practice proceeding before the Board.
