This is a re-plevin action instituted by the defendant in error against the plaintiff in error to recover the possession of certain hair goods and damages for their wrongful detention. In the petition it is alleged that the plaintiff is the owner of the following goods and chattels and entitled to the immediate possession thereof, and it is further alleged that the defendant wrongfully detained in his possession from the plaintiff all of the aforesaid goods for a period of 57 days and deprived the plaintiff of the use and benefit thereof to her damage in the sum of $200.…
