The United States brought this action seeking to have the defendant property forfeited to the United States, on the theory that it was used by Richard DiLoreto, from the Spring of 1983 until 1986 or 1987, to store and sell cocaine. See, 21 U.S.C. § 881(a)(7). Title to the property is held by DiLoreto and his wife Jane as tenants by the entirety.
