This cause comes before the court on motions by plaintiff Burton Mechanical Contractors, Inc. (“Burton”) to compel discovery and extend the present discovery completion deadline. Burton’s motion to compel, which was filed on December 31, 1991, seeks additional answers to its First Set of Interrogatories to Defendant Brian E. Foreman, as well as all documents required by its Second Request for the Production of Documents and Things.
