BARNES, Presiding Judge.
Following the denial of his motion for new trial, Brian Keith Patterson appeals his aggravatedbattery conviction.1 He contends on appeal that the evidence was insufficient, that trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance, that the trial court erred in admitting opinion testimony as to his intent, and also erred in denying his motion for mistrial after it was shown that the bailiff had repeated conversations with the jury during its deliberations. Upon our review, we affirm.
