BARNES, Presiding Judge.

Travis Bostic appeals from the denial of his motion for new trial, following his convictions for voluntary manslaughter, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was sentenced to 35 years, with 22 years to be served in confinement,. On appeal, Bostic contends that trial counsel was ineffective, that the jury was improperly influenced by a photograph of the deceased victim displayed on a television monitor and shirts worn in the courtroom and that the jury selection resulting in an all-white jury was unconstitutional.
