The county court were clearly correct in excusing Prouty from serving as a juror. He claimed to be excused upon the ground that he was a member of a regularly organized fire engine company in the city of Burlington, in which city the court was in session for the trial of the respondent. It was determined upon the evidence, and the fact was not contradicted, that Prouty was a member 'of the company, and on that ground the court in their discretion excused him.
