OPINION
CANTRELL, Judge.
This case involves a dispute over a dissenting widow’s elective share, exempt *864property, and year’s support as they are affected by life insurance on the decedent. First, the executor argues that the probate court erred in subjecting to the elective share the proceeds of life insurance payable to the estate and disposed of by the will of the decedent.
