This case is before the Court on a petition to review and set aside an order of the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”) based upon alleged violations of §§ 8(a)(1) and 8(a)(5) of the National Labor Relations Act (“Act”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 151-68, directing the petitioner, Big Y Foods, Inc.
