MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING SUMMARY JUDGMENT
PRATT, District Judge.
Plaintiffs, Planned Parenthood of Greater Iowa and several physicians, bring this action against Defendant, the Attorney General of the State of Iowa, in his official capacity, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiffs ask this Court to enter summary judgment . against Defendant and permanently enjoin Iowa’s “Partial-Birth Abortion Ban” Act, 1998 Iowa Senate File 2073 (to be codified at Iowa Code § 707.8A).
