APODACA, Judge.
Donna Benavidez (Worker) appeals the decision of the workers’ compensation judge (judge) that she was not entitled to additional workers’ compensation benefits from the Bloomfield Municipal Schools (Employer) because the statute of limitations had run before she filed her claim.
