OPINION AND ORDER

EDELSTEIN, District Judge:

This is a class action alleging securities fraud and common law fraud and a pattern of racketeering activity. Plaintiffs are investors in various enterprises organized and controlled by defendants Stephen A. Mishkin and his associates, affiliates and co-defendants since approximately 1970.
