This is an action brought by the Richardson Real Estate Mining and Commercial Corporation, hereinafter called appellant, against the Southern Pacific Company, a corporation, and the New Mexico and Arizona Railroad Company, a corporation, hereinafter called appellees, to quiet title to two strips of land lying one on each side of the railroad operated by the Southern Pacific Company and within the town site of Patagonia, Santa Cruz county, Arizona.
