This was a bill in equity, brought by Ellen Schneider and. Edward H. McGlennon, to contest the will of Hugh McGlennou, deceased. The will was executed on the 6th day of September, 1879. McGlennon died on the 1st day of January, 1885, and on the 20th day of June, 1885, the will was admitted to probate in the county court of Lake county. The-deceased left an estate of the probable value of $50,000, consisting mainly of real estate situated in Lake county and in the city of Chicago. He owed but few debts.
