This is a bill in chancery, filed by Mary Pyle and others, against Joseph Pyle and Charles Pyle, executors of Harrison Thompson, deceased, and against the several devisees and legatees under the will of said Thompson, for the purpose of setting aside said will and the probate thereof, and having said will declared void and of no effect, and not to be the last will and testament of the said deceased.
