REYNOSO, J. *

Appellant argues that the People are collaterally es-topped from proceeding with the criminal charges because in a prior probation revocation hearing the trial judge did not find those charges to be true. He appeals from the superior court’s denial of his petition for a writ of prohibition to prevent the respondent municipal court from proceeding with charges of certain violations of the Vehicle Code. We affirm the ruling of the superior court.
