This cause was commenced in the White Circuit Court, where a trial was had, resulting in a verdict for the appellees. A new trial was granted upon the application of the appellant, and the venue changed to Carroll County.

The complaint alleges that the appellee Henrietta Baren*44field, the wife of her co-appellee, on the — day of February, 1878, became and was afflicted with a wen or tumor upon her head, and that Liberty M.
