The defendant, Rudolph Feliziani, was found guilty by a jury on two counts of a three-count indictment charging him with participating in the conduct of the affairs of the Chester Police Department.through a pattern of racketeering activity in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1962(c), 1 conspiracy to participate in the conduct of the affairs of the Chester Police Department through a pattern of racketeering activity in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1962(d), and conspiracy to obstruct law enforcement with the intent to facilitate an illegal gambling business…
