Per Curiam :

The relation between the respondent, who was a member of the bar, and one Mase, who was an assistant to the clerk of the Court of Special Sessions, and the deposition made by the respondent in a criminal proceeding against Mase before a magistrate, having been brought to the attention of the Association of the Bar it presented the matter to-the court. The respondent submitted an answer and it is upon that answer that the proceeding is disposed of.
