Mary Russo, individually, and as natural tutrix for her two minor children, sued for compensation for the accidental death of her husband and father of the two minors. She alleged that her husband, while working within the scope of his employment at the Louisiana mill of the Southern Kraft Corporation, sustained an injury, due to accident, on January 23, 1932, which resulted in his death on February 13, 1932. She further alleged that at the time of the injury her husband was working six hours per day, for 7 days per week, and was receiving as wages 54 cents per hour. She prayed for judgment…
