LE BLANC, Judge.
Plaintiff, J. B. Olinde, who was formerly employed by the defendant, the Arundel Corporation, received an injury to his right arm, during the course of hist said employment on June 20, 1932. At that time, the Maryland Casualty Company carried compensation insurance on the employees of the Arundel Corporation.
On August 20, 1932, plaintiff and his employer and the Maryland Casualty Company presented a joint petition to the judge of the Eighteenth judicial district court sitting in and for the parish of Pointe Coupee, in which it was represented that the parties, having-availed…
