WILLIAMS, District Judge.

The facts as stipulated are in effect the same as set up in defendant’s answer. The motion to strike this answer has heretofore been overruled. See written opinion heretofore filed. (D. C.) 259 Fed. 656. The lease here under consideration was executed by the lessors for a bonus consideration of $540 cash in hand paid to the lessors by the lessee. The rental of $90, to be paid May 19, 1918, should have been paid plaintiffs, rather than their grantors, A. C. Flowers and wife, as plaintiffs had, after the payment which was • due on May 19, 1917, had been paid by…
