The.facts, considered in the.light most favorable to the plaintiff, are these: Doth Allan and Von Lackum were students in the School of Architecture of the- University of Denver. Tor West-gaard was also a student at that school. The three young men went to Idaho Springs on July 3, 1951. Allan and .Westgaard traveled part of the way in Allan’s automobile.
