SHAW, District Judge.

This matter came on for hearing on the return day of an Order to Show Cause on June 29, 1962, and the Court, after examination of the moving papers and the Affidavits in support thereof, and the Counter-Affidavit of defendant, and after consideration of the arguments of respective counsel, concluded that there was a proper showing of reasonable probability of irreparable injury or harm to the public interest involved, unless, pending final disposition of the litigation, the preliminary restraint sought by plaintiff against all defendants was granted.
