Matson, Justice.

Appeal from a judgment of district court affirming a final decree of distribution entered by the probate court of St. Louis county.

In affirming the probate court’s final decree of distribution which awarded decedent’s entire estate to her surviving son, Oscar W. Eklund, the district court found that decedent had intentionally, and not hy accident or mistake, made no provision in her will for Roger Eklund, the adopted child of another son, Robert Eklund, who had predeceased her.
