Defendant appeals from a judgment for plaintiff in an action on a nonmedical life insurance policy.
Upon the written application of Ida Pomerenke. dated May 29, 1946, the defendant, Farmers Life Insurance Company, on July 1, 1946, issued to her a $2,500 life insurance policy naming plaintiff, her husband, as beneficiary. About four months after signing the application, Ida died from epilepsy and anemia.
