Opinion by

Justice LANG.

Kimberly-Clark Corporation, The Texas Company Building, L.P., Housing Horizons, L.L.C., and TCB Gen Par, L.L.C. (Kimberly-Clark), relators, seek a writ of mandamus ordering the Honorable Carl Ginsberg, Judge, 193rd Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas to vacate his “Order Concerning Entry Onto Land and Testing/Tnspection Pursuant to Tex.R. Civ. P. 196.7.” Ashkenazy & Agus Ventures, L.L.C., real party in interest, is the plain tiff in the underlying lawsuit. Kimberly-Clark’s petition for a writ of mandamus is conditionally granted.
