OPINION

ROTH, District Judge.

This action concerns property located at 322 Red Mill Road in New Castle County, Delaware (the “Property”). The plaintiffs bring this action under federal law seeking damages for an alleged taking of the Property, for an alleged restraint on alienation of the Property, and for alleged violations of their civil rights stemming from the individual defendants’ actions concerning the Property. Presently before the Court is the defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment. We will, however, sua sponte dismiss this action without prejudice for lack of subject matter…
