CADENA, Chief Justice.

Petitioner, Allen Ingrum, independent executor and trustee of the estate of Addie-bel Allen Ingrum, deceased, seeks writs of prohibition, mandamus and injunction designed to prevent further proceedings in certain causes now pending in the 38th Judicial District Court of Uvalde County, Texas.
