HALL, Justice.

This suit was instituted by the Trustees of Fulbright Independent School District against appellant, Republic Insurance Company, for $1350 for the loss by fire of one school building and school furniture and fixtures contained therein, alleged to be covered by a fire insurance policy issued by appellant and which was in full force and effect on the date said building, furniture and fixtures were destroyed by fire on January 15, 1936.
