BROWN, Associate Justice.
This suit was brought in the District Court of Clay County against the plaintiff in error upon two policies of insurance, one being No. 19, issued to J. H. Hamner for $1000, upon 2650 bushels of wheat situated in a certain granary owned by Hamner, and the other policy No. 25, issued to W. D. Wicker, in the sum of $600, upon 1000 bushels of wheat situated in the same granary. Dur ing the life of the policies, the granary and the wheat were destroyed by fire. Proofs of loss were duly made and Hamner transferred policy N o. 19 to W. D. Wicker. Bach of the policies was…
