THE COURT.

This is a proceeding to review a recommendation of the Board of Governors of The State Bar 1 that petitioner, James Charles Webb, be suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months. We have concluded that the evidence against petitioner is of such unsatisfactory char acter that we cannot accept it as supporting the charges against him, and that the proceeding should be dismissed.
