This is a wrongful death action brought by the surviving widow and two minor children of deceased, Seth Burns Evans, a general employee of Crews Wells Service, against Cameo, Inc. Crews Wells Service is a drilling contractor and Cameo is an oil field specialty service company. At the time of the accident in which Evans lost his life, both Crews and Cameo were performing services for Humble Oil & Refining Company.
