OPINION
ONION, Presiding Judge.
The offense is cattle theft, the punishment is confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections for two (2) years.
At the outset appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence.
The record reflects that on March 28, 1972, Marcus Powers, the complaining witness, was the owner of an 80 acre tract of land in the Arcadia community of Sheltiy County, where he was raising 27 head of cattle.
