DALTON, Judge.
This is an original proceeding in mandamus to require respondent, Judge of Division 13 of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, at Independence, to retain jurisdiction of a particular defendant in a particular personal injury damage suit pending before him in said Circuit Court of Jackson County. The mandamus proceeding in this court was instituted by relator Charles Bowden, plaintiff in said pending personal injury action, who now seeks to require respondent to retain jurisdiction of the person of defendant Marvin Unnerstall, one of the defendants in the action pending…
