Victor Sanchez-Garcia was convicted of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine, and possession of a firearm in relation to a drug trafficking offense. On appeal, he argues that there was insufficient evidence to submit the conspiracy and firearms charges to the jury and that the district court 1 erred by finding beyond a reasonable doubt that he was previously convicted of a felony drug offense. We affirm.
