This matter is before the Court on defendant's motion for dismissal or summary judgment and for attorneys’ fees. Defendant’s motion will be denied.
FACTS
Plaintiff North Star Hotels Corporation (North Star) is a Texas corporation engaged in the management and operation of several hotels and inns throughout the United States.
