Hatcher brought an action of ejectment in the Law and Equity Court of the city of Richmond against the Richmond and Ohesapealie Bay Railway Company, to recover a certain *358lot of land, with tlie two brick tenements, known as numbers 811J and 813 west Leigh street thereon, it being tlie same lot of land which was conveyed to the plaintiff by Mary E. Rudder, by deed dated October 2, 1905.
