Pursuant to § 8-836, Code 1950, as amended, Sydney Realty Corporation filed a motion for judgment against Geneva C. Guss and her husband, James C. Guss, to have ascertained and designated by the court the true boundary line between the coterminous properties of the litigants. The motion for judgment described the land involved and the boundary line the corporation sought to establish.
