This is a real action to recover a parcel of land at Ogunquit Beach in the Town of Wells. A disclaimer narrows the controversy to an area, in the form of a triangle, to which each of the opposing parties claims title. On a plea of the general issue, the jury found for the defendant. The plaintiff brings the case forward on a general motion for a new trial and an exception.
