1Opinion of the CourtHurst, J.

J. T. Wade sued the defendants, Farmers Union Co-Operative Royalty Company and Flag Oil Company, to cancel a mineral deed covering an undivided one-half interest in an 80-acre tract of land in Coal county and for an accounting. Wade died during the pendency of the action, and it was revived in the name of his children as next of kin. Thereafter judgment was rendered for the plaintiffs, and the defendants appeal.
