Plaintiff-appellant, Allan B. Maust, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment to defendantappellee, Robert G. Palmer. Plaintiff presents the following three assignments of error:

“1. The trial court committed reversible error in failing to grant an extension of time in which to acquire expert testimony to refute defendant’s motion.
