CROW, Presiding Judge,
A jury found appellant guilty of (1) the class D felony of unlawful use of a weapon, § 571.030.1(1), RSMo 1986, in that he knowingly carried a .38 revolver concealed upon or about his person, and (2) the class D felony of resisting arrest, § 575.150.1(1), RSMo 1986. The jury assessed punishment on the weapon charge at one year’s imprisonment and a fine in an amount to be determined by the court; the jury assessed punishment on the resisting arrest charge at one year’s imprisonment.
