After a bench trial, defendant, Thomas Vesley, was found guilty of criminal damage to property. He was placed on probation for two years and, as a condition of probation, was ordered to serve the first 87 days in the County Jail and to make restitution in the amount of $349.78. Defendant was tried with Joseph Franco, a juvenile, whose case was subsequently transferred to the Juvenile Division of the Circuit Court.
