This is an application by the petitioner, the board

of supervisors of the county of Warren, for confirmation of the commissioners’ report herein which awards the property owners the total sum of $1,524.50.

Although the commissioners in this proceeding were not appointed until April 11, 1933, and the final report signed December 14, 1933, it is conceded that the county took possession of the property August 22, 1921, under an agreement with Harma D.
