The National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”) petitions for enforcement of its order 1 directing that respondent, The Columbus Printing Pressmen & Assistants’ Union No. 252, Subordinate to IP & GCU, 2 (“the union”), bargain collectively with the R. W. Page Corporation (“the company”).
