This is an appeal from the judgment of the trial court denying plaintiffs relief on their cause of action and granting defendants judgment on their cross-action.

In 1971, several individuals executed instruments creating two general partner ships and one corporation for the purpose of acquiring, developing and operating the Houston Northwest Medical Center.
