Defendant’s six assignments of error relate to that portion of the judgment decreeing that defendant is indebted to the plaintiff in the sum of $8,000 for “back support provided to the children born of the marriage of the parties,” and ordering defendant “to pay ... the sum of $50.00 [per month] for the use and benefit of Eva Mae Hicks to be applied to the defendant’s $8,000 indebtedness ....” Thus, no question is raised on this appeal regarding that portion of the judgment awarding custody of the children to plaintiff, and requiring defendant to pay support for each child at…
